Charlotte focuses on educating the body to work correctly, using precision and exact positioning to ensure the correct structure is doing the right action.

As the body gets stronger it begins to learn how to use itself correctly in day to day activities. A lot of the exercises target the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture.

This can help correct muscle imbalances and also prevent injury. One of the great things about Pilates is that everyone can benefit no matter your age, gender or ability.

Charlotte’s classes are restricted to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure every person is performing the exercise correctly. This guarantees we are educating the body to use itself correctly, avoid any injury and for you to gain the most out of every class.

Charlotte offers one-one sessions, small groups and classes.
